About Christian Mazza

Christian Mazza is a lead attorney at Colby Law Firm with extensive experience in civil litigation.

Christian graduated from Rice University with a double major in Political Science and Managerial Studies. He graduated with honors and was named a Top 25 Athlete of the Year by the U.S. Track and Field Coaches Association. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barons, prestigious academic honor societies recognizing outstanding achievement in law school, and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law.

Before joining Colby Law Firm, Christian practiced at several prominent law firms, handling matters involving labor and employment disputes, insurance coverage, ERISA benefits, environmental issues, attorney malpractice defense, and complex civil litigation. His experience also includes work on an amicus brief filed with the California Court of Appeal and U.S. Supreme Court.

Christian is licensed to practice law in California and Texas (license currently inactive). Outside of work, he enjoys running, movies, music, travel, video games, Dodgers baseball, and Angel City FC soccer.
